Welcome to Phoenix American Hospitality

Phoenix American Hospitality (PAH), is an “opportunistic” hotel opportunity fund manager that believes that the current economic and real estate environment has created acquisition opportunities in selected markets. The ability to profit in an opportunistic cycle is based upon a sound acquisition criteria policy followed closely by Phoenix American's ability and experience to execute the acquisition strategy.

Our Mission is to Preserve capital investment, Realize income through the operation and sale of the Projects and to make Monthly Distributions from cash generated by operations which will be passive income and may be partially sheltered as a result of depreciation and amortization expenses.

Phoenix American Hospitality has teamed with a "best of class" hotel manager to provide property management, supplemental due diligence on acquisitions, and hotel technical expertise. Our seasoned property manager is responsible for a seamless takeover of the property as well as the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
